Based on my power consumption, I decided that one battery was not going to be enough for my longer trips.
I decided to install two AGM Group 27 batteries.

I cut an access hatch for the two new AGM batteries that I installed forward. I am using this as a convenient place to store my spare anchor which is an 8 lb mushroom anchor with 100' of line. I made a cover, this time I used bolts to support the cover since I knew I would likely be sitting on it so I wanted it to be strong. Not as nice looking but sometimes you have to sacrifice looks for functionality.
