Sail Twelve - James River sail with Dad where we encountered the God Speed - June 8, 2001

Here is one of the Jamestown ships - I believe it is the Godspeed.
You would think it would be going the other way to join in with the parade of sail.

We were really surprised at all the oystering going around the Monitor Merrimac bridge tunnel. There must have been twenty boats.

These guys work really hard. We were able to get nice and close without disturbing them.

We had a good time fishing. I think I caught the first croaker. We kept over twenty, throwing back the small fries.
